To receive a personal hair analysis:
1. Make an appointment for Wellness by Design to collect a hair sample
from you. Wait at least 4 hours after
washing hair to make appointment.
2. Fill out a questionnaire from hair analysis and
symptom survey form.
3. Your hair sample is mailed to a lab for analysis. Results takes about 10-14 days.
4. Make an appointment for the consultation of report
of findings from your hair analysis and symptom survey results.
5. You will receive a manual of your hair analysis results
and report of findings from your symptom survey form (complimentary with hair
analysis).
